Estate Planning
A well-crafted estate plan protects your family and puts your wishes for your assets in writing, so nothing is left to chance. We’ll walk you through wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives — by video or in our Manhattan office.

Trusts
Trusts can help reduce taxes, avoid probate, and protect assets for beneficiaries with special needs or complex family situations. After understanding your goals, we’ll recommend the right structure and give you a clear fee estimate.

Guardianships
When a loved one with a disability can no longer manage their own affairs, guardianship — or an alternative like a power of attorney — can protect their safety and interests. We’ll help you find the right path forward.

Prenups
A prenuptial agreement lets couples set clear expectations about finances before marriage, reducing the chance of conflict down the road. We draft and mediate prenups tailored to each couple’s needs.
